That is not how it works.

Unfortunately, you can't do without a star. Customers scare off the service and the chef loudly complains that the customers are too much for him. My experience: I stood at the outside sales with several customers for a quarter of an hour (it was also sold by then) until the chef yelled at the saleswoman to finally close the window, otherwise “people won't understand that we have enough to do here . “Then the window was closed with an unfriendly shout“ Outside sales is closed ”. Nobody was let in in the restaurant. The longed-for fish sandwiches were ready in the showcase. In the days that we were out here on the beach, we saw many potential customers shaking their heads away. Here, whoever it is about should also be left alone.

A nice place on the beach. Comfortable with beach chairs as a seat. In the current situation, great importance is attached to hygiene. The tables etc. are disinfected before you take a seat. TOP. The food is delicious and for a restaurant right on the beach the price is perfectly reasonable. We had a nice and attentive service. We had calamares and fried fish. The portions are generous. We sat outside and our dog wasn't a problem either. We would love to come back.

I have been here several times. Every time the food was very good and very plentiful. Outside you can sit very nicely in beach chairs. Also inside it is very nicely decorated, but the staff speaks very loud, which easily creates the atmosphere of a station concourse. Dear team, you should think it over. Nevertheless, I like to come back.

But no matter, for me it was together with my wife and daughter a great day at the beach and the hospitality in the "Dat Dünenhuus" contributed significantly to this. We had a good and rich breakfast at the start and a delicious dinner at the end. Yeah right, there was not much ShiShi by the way and that's what makes this location special. Easy and good. Fits. As soon as I can set it up again, I will gladly come over to dine again. I grew up in the countryside and I know good bourgeois cuisine and inns that are accepted because they are honest. And since yesterday I add another location with the "Dat Dünenhuus". Please continue.

Small menu; Big kitchen! Side dishes salad already enough as a main course! The plaice with fried potatoes did not fit on the plate. Everything served separately. Super tasty and very fresh. Outdoor area in the best location. Cleanliness is capitalized here! Nevertheless, you can still eat here in short pants and flip-flops. Another visit is required!

Arrived at 19:45. Guests at table next to us arrived 5 mins later than us ordered their meals 10 mins later, i.e. at 20:00. Got hold of the waiter 5min later but could not get something to eat because they close in one hour and the kitchen closes in half an hour. Summary: Nothing to eat after 20:00
